Usage and Dosage

Open each sachet of one concentrated granule dose and put into a cup.
Firstly pour a little boiled water into the cup to moisten.
Add 250ml of boiled water (about 2/3 of a cup). Dissolve by mixing with a spoon.
Cool down the herb tea and take twice in the morning & at night, or follow doctor's advice.
